"At least support didn’t leave me hanging"
I ran into an issue, which felt like just my luck, and I was already expecting it to turn into a whole frustrating ordeal. But support actually replied fast and got it fixed, so I’ll give them credit for that. It was annoying that I had to deal with the problem in the first place, but at least they handled it quickly.

"Login issues and not much help from support"
I ran into a really frustrating issue where the site kept glitching, and then suddenly my login just stopped working altogether. I reached out to support, but they weren’t able to help much, so I was basically stuck trying to figure it out on my own. If you use this site, I’d suggest keeping your account info updated and maybe saving any important details somewhere safe in case you get locked out too.

"Straightforward billing"
Billing was clear, and canceling wasn’t a hassle. I didn’t run into any sneaky charges, which I appreciated.

"Not Exactly the Smoothest Experience"
I gave sinfulx.net a try for a while, and let’s just say it was a “learning experience.” Pages would randomly slow down, things sometimes just refused to load, and support apparently operates on a very relaxed schedule. When I finally did get a reply, it mostly felt like a copy-paste response that didn’t actually solve anything. Maybe it works great for someone with endless patience, but it definitely wasn’t worth the hassle for me.

"Pretty pricey for what it is"
It felt way too expensive for what you actually get. I was expecting a bit more for the price, but it just didn’t really feel worth it to me
